We use Australia Post to ship all items. A tracking number will be emailed to you with a confirmation of shipping. We ship goods within 48 hours. Please use your tracking number for an estimated time of arrival.

Returns and Exchanges
It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
